Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by Pure Form Labs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product availability or pricing errors.
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- Orders that appear to violate our intended research-use policy.
- Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment must be completed at the time of order placement.

Shipping and Delivery
Pure Form Labs ships only to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

Eligibility
“You must be at least 21 years of age to use our services. By using this website and placing orders, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.”

Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and the importance of maintaining product integrity, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The product fails to meet the specifications listed on the Certificate of Analysis (COA).
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. All returns are subject to review and approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
